How it is stored
Enquiry data is stored in our CRM system (Pipedrive). We use approved systems only and do not hold client or candidate data in shadow tools. Data is stored securely and access is restricted to team members who need it to perform their role.
Retention
We retain enquiry and engagement data for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes, subject to applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.
Candidate data
Candidate data is collected as part of the recruitment process and handled under strict confidentiality protocols. Candidate information is shared with client employers only with the candidate's knowledge and in the context of a specific hiring engagement.
