The structural opportunity is clear: international firms face rising local salary costs and talent shortages, while India offers a deep, English-fluent, qualified workforce at a fraction of onshore cost. We sit in the middle of that flow.
Our model is hybrid retained and contingent. Retained engagements provide predictability and signal the seniority of a mandate. Contingent placements provide volume and pipeline velocity. Both are delivered to the same quality standard.
